Asakusa Photo session with Guests from Asia.
The other day, I went to Asakusa at the request of a family visiting Japan from Asia.
Asakusa is so popular that it is often said to be the place to experience Japanese culture, and it also has many photo spots, making it a famous place that tourists say, “I want to go there at least once when I come to Japan!”
Stephanie found me on Instagram, and we discussed various things, such as the location of the shoot, before the day of the shoot.
I’m not very good at English, but I’m confident in my photography.
On the day, we met at Tully’s Coffee in Sumida Park.
This is a very popular spot because you can see the Skytree and experience the four seasons of Japan with cherry blossoms in the spring and autumn leaves in the fall.

Stephanie showed up at the appointed time, wearing a beautiful kimono.
A Taiwanese friend I met recently told me that Japanese kimonos are very popular, and this made me realize once again how much interest there is in Japanese culture in other countries.
When I was young, even though I was Japanese, I wasn’t interested in Japanese culture. However, at my age, I want to convey more of the good things about Japan to foreigners, and since they have taken the time to come to Japan, I want to take photos that allow them to experience as many of the good things about Japan as possible.
Stephanie came with her parents, her younger brother who lives in Japan, and his girlfriend.
She spoke a little Japanese, so she was very helpful in interpreting.
We took a variety of photos, including one with the Skytree in the background, one in front of Asakusa Shrine, and one using a Japanese umbrella to get a taste of Japanese culture.

I received a thank you reply from Stephanie later, and I hope that it will become one of my memories of coming to Japan.
To those of you reading this blog, if you come to Japan, I would be delighted if you would ask me to take your photos. I will introduce you to some of the best places in Japan and take lots of memorable photos.
Thank you for reading this far.
